Consorci per a la Protecció i la Gestió dels Espais Naturals del Delta del Llobregat

To guarantee the management and protection of the natural spaces of the Llobregat delta, in May 2005 the Consortium of the Natural Spaces of the Llobregat Delta was created .

The Consortium is currently made up of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the town councils of El Prat de Llobregat, Viladecans, Gavà, Sant Boi de Llobregat and Barcelona, ​​and the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

The object of the Consortium is the preservation, management, improvement and dissemination of the natural heritage of the Llobregat delta and the monitoring of the development of activities that are compatible with the functions performed by the natural spaces of the Llobregat delta.
