APARTUR

The Association of Tourist Apartments of Barcelona (APARTUR) was created in 2004 to represent this sector in the province of Barcelona. Currently, it has the largest legalized supply of tourist apartments in the city, with more than 7,000 of the 9,600 existing properties (73% of the supply).
The association brings together more than 270 owners and management companies dedicated to the rental of tourist housing in order to consolidate this activity, improve the quality of the services offered, ensure their integration in the city and coordinate with the rest of the sector.
