The El Masnou Tourist Office offers personalized assistance to residents and visitors (in person, by phone, online, and via email) in four languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, and French.

It provides information on key services, mobility, accommodation, cultural and sports activities, as well as natural and heritage resources. It also handles bookings for tourist and cultural activities organized by the Town Council.

The office is located in a Modernist 'indiano' house (1900–1901), the former summer residence of Jaume Sensat and Rosa Pagès. Designed by Pere Andreu, the building stands out for its Islamic architectural influence and preserves original features such as mural paintings, glazed ceramic tiles, encaustic cement floor tiles, and period furniture.
