Museu d'Arenys de Mar

The Museu d'Arenys de Mar allows you to visit two buildings: the Marès Lace Museum and the Mollfulleda Museum of Mineralogy.

At the Marès Lace Museum, you will discover the history of Arenys de Mar and immerse yourself in the world of lace, a craft made by lacemakers throughout Europe since the 16th century. You will learn how these women worked and how lace has always played a leading role in fashion.

At the Mollfulleda Museum of Mineralogy, you can admire one of the finest mineral collections in Catalonia and learn about the main characteristics and the importance of minerals for a wide variety of activities we carry out.
