CELLER PARATÓ

Parató is a family winery located in the heart of the Penedès. We are part of the "Vinya, Celler, Masia" collective and we are honored to meet their requirements: wines from our own vineyards, made 100% in our winery, and to have a farmhouse with history and feeling rooted in the territory. The Masia and the Celler are located in the Pla del Penedès, and are surrounded by our vineyards.
Our passion for the land has led us to pursue 100% organic farming, as we firmly believe that only a good grape can produce a great wine.
It will be from this grape that we will make the Parató Wines and Cavas. Organic still wines from the most representative varieties of the Penedès, but also with foreign varieties that have adapted to the terrain and now express a more Mediterranean character.
Caves Reserva and Gran Reserva exclusively, made with the traditional method, ecological, with long aging and complexities, a reflection of the wine culture of our region.
