We manage Lluerna restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, the Michelin Green Star in Sustainable Gastronomy, 2 Repsol Suns and Slow Food Snail and BarVerat restaurant with the Bib Gourmand. With Zostera Consultoria we want to bring quality to the world of food and gastronomy through 360º Sustainability and efficiency, weaving collaborative spaces towards transformation.
